§1. General Provisions

1. The owner and administrator of the website available at www.bpbooking.pl (hereinafter: the “Service”) is:

(hereinafter: the “Lessor”).
2. The Service allows for the reservation and payment for the rental of apartments located in Biała Podlaska (hereinafter: the “Apartments”).
3. These regulations define the rules for using the Service, making reservations, payments, and the conditions of stay in the Apartments.

§2. Conclusion of the Rental Agreement

1. The Apartment rental agreement is concluded remotely, via the Service, at the moment of making the reservation and confirming the online payment.
2. The party to the agreement is the person making the reservation in the Service (hereinafter: the “Lessee”).
3. The Payer (the person making the online payment) may be different from the Lessee, however, the Lessee is responsible for the performance of the agreement, including compliance with the regulations and covering any potential damages.
4. The reservation confirmation is sent electronically to the e-mail address provided by the Lessee in the reservation form.

§3. Payments

1. Payments for reservations are made exclusively online, through electronic payment operators integrated with the Service.
2. The amount of the fee is determined individually upon making the reservation.
3. Failure to book the payment within a specified period results in the cancellation of the reservation.

§4. Check-in and Check-out
1. Check-in is possible from 14:00 (2:00 PM) to 23:30 (11:30 PM) on the day of arrival. The Lessee is obliged to inform the Lessor in advance of the planned arrival time.
2. Check-out takes place on the day of departure between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM.
3. An extension of the stay is possible only after obtaining the Lessor’s consent.

§5. Rules of Stay

1. The following rules apply in the Apartments:
• no smoking,
• no parties or events,
• quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM,
• no pets allowed.
2. Children of all ages are welcome. The property does not provide extra beds or children’s cots.
3. The Lessee is obliged to use the Apartment in a manner consistent with its intended use and with due diligence.

§6. Liability for Damages
1. The Lessee bears full financial responsibility for all damages to the Apartment or its equipment resulting from their fault or the fault of third parties whom they enabled to stay.
2. Any noticed defects must be immediately reported to the Lessor.
3. In the event of damage, the Lessee is obliged to cover the costs of repair or replacement of the damaged property.
4. If the amount of damage exceeds the value of any deposit, the Lessee is obliged to pay the difference.
5. The Lessor has the right to terminate the agreement immediately, without reimbursement of costs, in the event of a gross violation of the regulations.

§7. Complaints

1. The Lessee has the right to submit complaints related to the execution of the rental agreement.
2. Complaints should be directed in writing or electronically to the Lessor using the following contact details:

3. Complaints will be considered by the Lessor within 14 days of their receipt.

§8. Personal Data

1. The personal data of the Lessee and the Payer are processed in accordance with the law and the Privacy Policy available on the Service.
2. The personal data Administrator is the Lessor.

§9. Final Provisions
1. In matters not regulated by these regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act shall apply.
2. The regulations are effective from the date of publication on the Service.
3. The Lessor reserves the right to introduce changes to the regulations, however, the changes do not apply to reservations made before they come into effect.
