Damage policy
1. Usage

Any discovered defects or damages should be immediately reported to the Landlord.
3. Liability Repair
The tenant is financially responsible for damages caused by themselves or the people staying with them.
4. Repair costs
The tenant covers the costs of repairing or replacing the damaged item of equipment.
5. Damage valuation
The Landlord determines the amount due based on the actual costs of repair or replacement of the property.
6. Contract termination
In the event of egregious damage or behavior that endangers the apartment, the Landlord has the right to immediately terminate the agreement and demand that the premises be vacated.
